Privacy Policy

Account information

Your email and authentication details are used to sign you in and secure your account. Your private contact details are separate from your public profile.

Profile and activity

Your profile can include your name, photo, skills, experience, and assessment results. Posts, comments, follows, training activity, and messages support the features you use.

Optional Passport sharing

Uploading a Passport is optional and is not required to log in. It helps you present your experience and skills to companies seeking candidates. Selecting the login option only opens the Passport screen; nothing is uploaded until you choose a document.

Who can view your Passport?

Your uploaded Passport can be opened by signed-in members, including companies, who can view your profile. It is not limited to recruiters. Administrators can also access it. Do not include information you do not want to share.

Your privacy controls

In Settings → Privacy, choose Public, Members only, or Private for your profile. A Private profile restricts Passport access to you and administrators. You can replace your Passport from your profile and request account deletion in Settings.

Messages and service providers

Private conversations are available to their participants. The app uses Firebase services for account access, data storage, and notifications. Enabling phone verification sends your number to the verification service.
