Request account deletion

Request deletion on WhatsApp

1. Open the support chat using the button above.
2. Add the email address registered to your Be Skillful account to the prepared message, then send it.
3. Support will follow up to verify that you own the account before handling the deletion request.

Opening the chat does not submit a request or delete your account. Send the message to submit your request. This support route is handled manually.

If you cannot use WhatsApp, call support at +971 52 666 2539 to request account deletion and identity verification.

Never send your password, verification codes, or payment-card details to support.

Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in to Be Skillful and open Settings ? Delete Account.
2. Confirm the request to receive a verification email, then open its link.
3. Return to the app, enter your current password, complete two-factor verification if enabled, and type DELETE to confirm.

Account data covered by deletion

The account-deletion process removes your sign-in account, profile and contact information, Passport and profile uploads, posts and interactions, conversations, training history and enrollments, assessment records, job applications, and associated saved items and notification data. Company accounts also have their company profile and registration documents included in the cleanup.

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your account and its content. Deleting an account does not itself issue a purchase refund.

Records outside automatic deletion

The automatic deletion process does not remove every purchase, access-entitlement, or administrative audit record. When requesting deletion, you can ask support to review remaining records and explain which records are retained and for how long. Copies already downloaded or saved by other people are not removed from their devices.
